Dan has sold 3 houses for us and every time he goes above and beyond! He's painted the eaves under a garage ....cleaned out gutters...pulled weeds in the drive and even got a trapped possum out of a window well. The last house he sold was just a little out of his normal area...not a problem...he got the job done! I wouldn't list with anyone else in southwest Iowa. Thx Dan for doing an amazing job?
